Busway series products are suitable for three-phase three-wire, three-phase four-wire, three-phase five-wire transmission and distribution systems with rated working voltage of 400V, 690V, rated insulation voltage of 1000V, frequency of 50Hz~60Hz and rated working current of 1000-4000A,it is mainly used as new power distribution equipment in industrial and mining, enterprises and public institutions and high-rise buildings. It has been proved to be a very excellent power supply equipment chosen by countless users in its installation and using period. The product has the advantages of small volume, large conveying capacity, strong overload capacity, flexible line expansion, beautiful appearance, compact structure, convenient installation and maintenance, and effective fire prevention, with stable performance, safety and reliability and other outstanding characteristics. It is suitable for places where equipped with dense equipment and many branches, it has great flexibility and high efficiency of power distribution, it can completely replace the traditional cable transmission and distribution mode.
The shell adopts steel plate electrostatic spraying, aluminum plate surface conductive oxidation or stainless steel plate, excellent corrosion resistance, good insulation property, high dielectric strength, low impedance, less power loss, reliable continuity of the ground protection, excellent heat dissipation performance, high mechanical strength.

Explanation

Temperature rise: When long-time working period of the busway at rated current, the busbar conductor temperature rise of the dense insulated busway≤60K, the busbar conductor temperature rise of the air insulated busway≤80K, touchable shell surface temperature rise ≤30K.
Electrical performance: comply with GB/T7251.6
Enclosure connecting resistance: The ground resistance between the dots on the busway unit and shell grounding terminal less or equal than 0.1Ω, and reliable obvious enough capacity grounding terminals.
Plug box: Ensure that its joint performance is still good after more than 300 times plug.
The plug box has a mechanical interlocking device to prevent hot plugging.
Impedance and voltage drop: At rated load, the impedance of every meter busway is less or equal than 10-5 ω /m, average inter-line voltage drop ≤3 x 10-3V/m.
