GGD type low voltage fixed whole set switchgear can be widely used in AC 50Hz rated voltage 400V, rated current up to 4000A distribution system of power plant, substation, mines and other enterprises and other power users, for impetus, lighting, and power supply changeover, distribution, control of the power distribution equipment.
The structural style of GGD cabinet breaks through the old products, its basic framework is a combined fabricated structure, all structural parts of the frame are fastened with screws, after phosphate treatment, the frame, door and panel were coated with polyester orange-figured baking paint, all unpainted parts are galvanized and passivated. The enclosure protection class is IP31, the cabinet design has a good natural ventilation system.
The incoming line pattern of the GGD cabinet includes two common patterns: upside incoming line pattern and downside incoming line pattern, and the incoming line patterns at the top, left, middle, right position of the cabinet are designed as well, in order to meet the needs of various engineering design for different incoming line patterns. At the same time, there are fixed positions in the cabinet for power plants and other special users to install relay protection and automatic devices.
GGD cabinet has the characteristics of high breaking ability, good dynamic thermal stability, flexible and convenient electrical scheme combination. GGD cabinet complies with IEC60439-1 and GB/T7251.12 standards.
Normal ambient condition
Ambient air temperature is not higher than +40℃, not lower than -40℃, the average temperature within 24 hours shall not exceed +35℃. The relative humidity of the surrounding air does not exceed 50% when the highest temperature is +40℃, high relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g. 90% at 20 ℃). The effect of occasional condensation due to temperature change should be considered.
Suitable for indoor installation, the altitude of the using site shall not exceed 2000m.
No conductive dust, chemical corrosive gas, fire, explosion danger, violent vibration place. The angularity between the cabinet and the installation plane is less than 5°.
The user shall negotiate with the manufacturer, if the above conditions cannot be met.
